Terms of Employment: Full Time, Part Time.

Hours: Full Time: 7:00am-4:00pm, 7:30am-5:30pm and 9:00pm-6:00Pm.

          Part Time: Please send your preferable working hours.(Maximum 6 hours a day)

Location: # 1134, 104 Mackenzie Way, Airdrie, Alberta.

Education, Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Early Childhood Education Certification, Diploma, First Aid Certificate.

Security and Safety: Criminal record check with vulnerable section search.

Experience: Experienced and new graduate are welcome.

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English.

Work Setting: Child care centre.

Children's Ages: 19 months-5 years, kindergarteners, preschoolers and out of school children "grad1 to grade 4"

Responsibilities:

- Planning age appropriate activities for the children.

- Creating a pleasant environment for children's healthy development.

- Actively supervising children at all times knowing where they are and what they are doing.

- Administration of medication for children when needed.

- Comforting children when sick or upset in a proper manner.

- Do some basic cleaning after eating like sweeping the floor and cleaning and sanitizing the tables.

- Sanitizing toys, maintaining daycare supplies and equipment and light cleaning duties.

- Staff may be asked to accompany the driver when transporting children to and from schools.

- Signing children in and out of the room.

- Attend staff meetings.

- Keeping children's records up to date.

- Planning work schedules.
